  • booking possibility within 24 hours;
  • private road to the passenger’s vehicle in front of “Salam Lounge”;
  • meeting the passenger at the entrance to “Salam Lounge”  and individual  accompanying to the lounge;
  • the necessary documents for departure passengers, provide passengers with information on the visa rules  of the country of destination and the items prohibited to carry by air transport;
  • Porter service  (allocating the worker to carry the baggage from the entrance to “Salam Lounge” to the baggage packing area;
  • firstly private accompanying the passenger to the check-in desk;
  • organization of registration of departure and passenger;
  • assistance with priority seats on the aircraft;
  • accompanying the passenger to “Salam Lounge” and “Business Class Lounge” - lounges furniture and interior, Food&Beverage, telephone set, Internet access (incl. Wi-Fi), periodicals and newspapers, separate smoking areas, viewing TV shows, etc.;
  • assistance with priority seats on the aircraft to the economy class passengers;
  • providing of baggage handling;

  • accompanying the passenger to “Business Class Lounge” (lounge furniture and interior, telephone set, Internet access (incl. WiFi), periodicals and newspapers, separate smoking areas, viewing TV shows, etc.)  to enjoy the after-flight period (about 2 hours);     
  • providing the passenger with Food&Beverage according to approved menu in “Business Class Lounge”;
  • if the passenger has a baggage, pick up a baggage tag from the passenger, and pass it to a loader for identification;
  • porter service  (allocating the worker to carry the baggage from the baggage delivery point to the waiting hall);
  • if necessary advising assistance to passenger while filling the customs declaration;
  • private accompanying the passenger to the Customs check-point;
  • interpreter services;
